In every Business Three Account is must.

• CASH
• PURCHASE
• SALE

How to Create 3 ledgers Account in tally

Ladgers A/c                      Under

Cash                                   Cash in Hand

Purchase                             Purchase Account

Sale                                     Sale Account

STEP: 1

1.Select Account Info (A)

2. Account Info------> Ledgers (L)

3.Account Info(A)------> Ledgers (L) -------> Alter(A)

Note: In Alter you will 2 account default store in tally

• Cash A/c & Profit and Loss A/c

No need to creat Cash Account

4.Select Cash Account and enter the Amount in Opening Balance that you Bring in to the Business (Ex :10000)

5.After Altering Cash Account

6.Now you creat ledgers  Account for Purchase and sale

Account Info(A)------> Ledgers (L) -------> Multiple Ledgers 

                                                                           CReate (R)

Ladgers A/c                      Under

Purchase                             Purchase Account

Sale                                     Sale Account

Press Y to save the Ledger

7.Account Info(A)------> Ledgers (L) -------> Display(D)

To see The created Ladgers goto Display

8.Now you can see created Ladger Account in Display
