Before U have Created Stock Group

Now u have Stock Item in that Group

Example:

ELECTRONICS

• Headphone
• Memory Card

FANCY

• Facecream
• Lipstick

STATIONARY

• Pen
• Pencil Box

Now Lets see How to Creat Stock Item In the group

1.Goto ----->Inventory Info (I)

2.Goto ------> Inventory Info (I) --->Stock Item(I)

 3.Goto ------> Inventory Info (I) --->Stock 

Item(I) ----->Multiple Stock Item (CReate(R))

4. Now Select The ELECTRONIC

• Head Phone Under Electronic
• Memory Card Under Electronic

As shown in below Image

5.Now Select The FANCY

• Face Cream Under Fancy
• Lipstick  Under Fancy

As shown in below Image

6.Now Select The STATIONARY

• Pen Cream Under Statinary
• Pencilbox  under Stationary

7.Goto ------> Inventory Info (I) --->Stock 

Item(I) -----> Display (D)

HOW TO CREATE STOCK GROUP IN TALLY

First You have to know why to create Stock Group
If you doing a Business in a place, that has diffrent category,  Like one store diffrent product,
Ex:    1.Electronic Item
        2.Fancy Item
   3.Stationary Item


1.Goto --> Inventory Info

2.Goto --> Inventory Info -----> Stock Group

3.Goto --> Inventory Info -----> Stock Group-------> Multi Group (CReate(R))

4.Stock Group          Under        Item are Addable

Electronic              Primary          Yes
Fancy                    Primary         Yes
Stationary              Primary          Yes 

After Creating Stock Group

5.Goto --> Inventory Info -----> Stock Group-------> Display(D)

You can See the Created Stock Group like this

HOW TO CREATE UNIT OF MEASURE
There is diffrent types of Business run in the world

Some Business Runs Like

Fruits runs in Dozen
Kirana Store Runs in Kgs
Water, Drinks Runs in Liter
Fancy and Staionary Runs in Pieces
Company & Factory Runs in Tons

Every one remember before creating Stock

Create--------->  Unit Of Measur (U)

Now Lets see how to creat Unit of Measures

Step 1:
Goto -->Inventory Info

Goto --> Inventory Info -----> Unit Of Measure

Goto --> Inventory Info -----> Unit Of Measure------> Create (C)

Step 2:
            Select Simple
FormalName            Symbol
Quantity               = Qty
Pieces                   = Pcs
Number                = Nos
Tons                    = Tns
Kilogram             =  Kg
Gram                   =  Gms
Liter                    =  Lts
Mililiter               =  Mls 

1.Kgs= kilogram

2.Grams = Gms

3.Liters= Lts

4.Mililiters = Mls

5.Quantity = Qty

6.Pieces = Pcs

Compound

1st Unit        Conversion        2nd Unit

Kgs      =           1000               gms

Lts       =           1000                     mls 

Tns      =           1000                     kgs 
       

Dzn      =           12                        pcs


Selcet Compound

1.Kgs      =  1000  gms

2.Lts       =1000 mls

HOW TO CREATE LEDGERS ACCOUNT IN TALLY

In every Business Three Account is must.

• CASH
• PURCHASE
• SALE

How to Create 3 ledgers Account in tally

Ladgers A/c                      Under

Cash                                   Cash in Hand

Purchase                             Purchase Account

Sale                                     Sale Account

STEP: 1

1.Select Account Info (A)

2. Account Info------> Ledgers (L)

3.Account Info(A)------> Ledgers (L) -------> Alter(A)

Note: In Alter you will 2 account default store in tally

• Cash A/c & Profit and Loss A/c

No need to creat Cash Account

4.Select Cash Account and enter the Amount in Opening Balance that you Bring in to the Business (Ex :10000)

5.After Altering Cash Account

6.Now you creat ledgers  Account for Purchase and sale

Account Info(A)------> Ledgers (L) -------> Multiple Ledgers 

                                                                           CReate (R)

Ladgers A/c                      Under

Purchase                             Purchase Account

Sale                                     Sale Account

Press Y to save the Ledger

7.Account Info(A)------> Ledgers (L) -------> Display(D)

To see The created Ladgers goto Display

8.Now you can see created Ladger Account in Display

STEP 1

HOW TO CREATE COMPANY IN TALLY

1. Install Tally software

2. Open Tally Application after installation

3. After open you will see option 

• Select Company (F1)
• Create      Company
• Backup
• Restore
• Quit

Note: 

1.Dont Use Mouse in when you do Tally, Use only keyboard

2.Remember Red Colour word is Shortcut key in Tally

Step 1: Press C on keyboard to Create a Company

Step 2: After Press C on key board You will see the screen like this

Step3: Fill the Detail of Your company Press YES (Y) to save the company as shown in image
